Improve documentation

There are a number of areas of the code, especially in light of new features, that are not properly documented.

This issue keeps track of the pieces of the code that needs documentation:

• perform_delete in DjangoDeleteMutation.
• get_return_id of DjangoBatchDeleteMutation.
