Cannot parse OTP key URI when scanning a QR code if the key name contains a space

The OTP URI is of the form otpauth://totp/MFA-SERVICE:MyLDAPUsername

Apparently this is caused by the MFA service storing key names as MyLDAPUsername KeyID (emphasis on the space). Any chance support for spaces in there could be added?
