Creation of a Client allows for multiple to be create

After creating a client, the create client button should be edit/save/delete not create.
This allows for the creation of multiple clients of the same name unexpectedly.

I can concur on this! I kept hitting the "Create Client" button thinking it wasn't working, then discovered that I had created the same client a dozen times! 😂 Not intuitive at all.

I have implemented a simple fix for this, but I noticed that there is an open PR #80 that refactors the ui. Should I open a separate PR or is this fixed in your client UI refactor @mostlygeek?
