Remove "Migrated from legacy/tsidp.go:..." comments #55
Description
During the partially automated migration to the new structure it was helpful for troubleshooting to quickly determine where the original logic was in tsidp.go. This repo has diverged and reaching enough stability that the references to the original code is no longer necessary.
Go through and clean up the references to legacy/tsidp.go.
