Getting error implementing in android native

Could not resolve all task dependencies for configuration ':app:qaDebugCompileClasspath'.
Could not find com.aheaditec.talsec.security:TalsecSecurity-Community:15.1.0.

To Reproduce
getting issue with this version implementation 'com.aheaditec.talsec.security:TalsecSecurity-Community:15.1.0'
tried 15.0.0 and 13.0.0 still facing same issue.

Expected behavior
It shoudl run successfully

this error is happening because this website https://europe-west3-maven.pkg.dev/talsec-artifact-repository/freerasp gives 404 error
