Description

Enhance the operator selection process by adding conditional rendering for registered Blueprints and implement flow for users to select Blueprint exposure. This feature should be accessible both during initial delegation and when updating existing delegations.

Implementation

Operator Selection UI Update

• Add conditional rendering to display the number of registered Blueprints for each operator.
• Include a chevron right icon for operators with registered Blueprints.
• Implement navigation to the Blueprint selection modal when operator is selected

Blueprint Exposure Selection Modal

• Implement a modal that lists all registered Blueprints for the selected operator.
• Ensure the modal can be accessed from both the initial delegation flow and the operators table for updates.
