We are trying to leverage the part library of one of the two open source EDA
software. Please give suggestion concerning simplicity, easy-to-draw and
easy-to-parse.

There is a very competitive function of Fritzing that it can output the
schematic file as a an XML, which is very easy to parse. Furthermore, the parts
library is also written in XML. Thus, after communicating with the library
group and the Qt group, we decide to leverage the file format of Fritzing.
Thanks for your report very much anyway.
