'Screen time' showed incorrect value after phone ran out of batter #631
Description
Not sure if replicable. I noticed the screen time was at maybe 2 hours, then my phone died. When I turned it back on, the screen time was at 17 hours. The next day, it was still at something large like 18 hours. Removing/adding the screen time permission seemed to have fixed the problem
