[Feature request] Set an app to run when tapping on screen time

it'd be nice to be able to setup an app to be run when tapping on the screentime; just exactly how we'd set it with the clock or date. 

this way we can easily run screentime apps (e.g. activitywatch) without cluttering the main window or needing to type.
