Nippy's current data encryption features are rather limited and inflexible. Once [Tempel](https://github.com/ptaoussanis/tempel)'s 1st public release [scheduled](https://www.taoensso.com/clojure/2023) for later this year, it should be possible for Nippy to adopt that as its default encryption scheme.
