Drop Ajax support in v2?

Ajax fallback has provided less value over the years, and removing it could eliminate some code and complexity.

Might be worth polling to see how Sente users feel.

Ajax fallback sounded great on paper, but I never had to rely on it. If removing it would eliminate complexity, it's a win. I certainly won't miss it.

Fallback was something that was more important 11+ years ago when Sente was first released. These days it's pretty rare to see use.

My current thinking is to cut one last major v1 release with Ajax support, then (if there's no objections) drop Ajax support for v2.x.
