User story:

I need to be able to view and sign or disapprove the purchase contract

Acceptance criteria

• The importer while viewing a specific transaction should see the corresponding purchase contract.
• The importer should be able to approve or reject the purchase contract.
• If the purchase contract is approved, the NFT of the purchase contract should be submitted to the liquidity pool for funding assignment
• If the purchase contract is rejected, the transaction should revert back to the exporter for review.

Development:

• Purchase order market smart contract
  • List purchase orders for importers/exporters to see
  • Ability for a purchase order creator to sign a contract
  • Ability for a purchase order creator to disapprove a contract
