I'm working on a CLI version of NetPad that will effectively do the same thing with these added benefits:

• Querying database connections
• Running NetPad scripts (and eventually LINQPad ones too)
• The ability to use Dump to get structured output

NetPad CLI is planned for release pretty soon.
