Handle duplicates on API

Any plans to handle duplicates when posting a new API request? I have a column set as a unique ID, and just want the row to be ignored/skipped instead of throwing an error

I'm using an automation at the moment to process the data from Table A into B checking if it exists, but it's quite slow

P.S. multiple PATCH request would be great. I noticed the API sometimes struggles when multiple single PATCH requests are sent a few seconds apart
