Tooltip appears outside the screen when clicking undo/redo arrows

Describe the bug
When using Tabler, clicking the undo or redo arrows causes a tooltip to appear outside the visible screen area in the top-left corner.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the page with the undo/redo navigation component.
2. Click the undo or redo arrow.
3. Observe the tooltip appearing in the top-left corner of the screen, outside its expected position.

Expected behavior
The tooltip should appear next to the undo/redo arrows or remain properly positioned within the visible screen area.
