Update Prisma to avoid deprecated Middleware

Prisma has deprecated/removed $use

I ran into this when trying to get Teable dev setup running on nixos (prisma binaries for nixos are at 6.17.x, but teable uses 6.2.1)

I assume that teable will want to migrate to the new prisma, as the project is fully dependent on the prisma orm.

I also assume that the main devs are aware of this deprecation situation, but i didn't find an issue for it, and feel it at least needs an open issue, so it can be prioritized and tracked.

I would love to help, but i think this is far from first issue material.
