表格中的 Checkbox 主题色没有跟随--primary变量

Checkbox 在表单中时颜色能跟随变量，在表格中时不能。

在 packages/ui-lib/src/shadcn/global.shadcn.css 文件中更改过主题颜色：
--primary: 210.47deg 100% 62.55%;
