Dev server proxy configuration

Hi All,

Is there a way to configure Dev server proxy while running bit start. Usually we would not need it, but if we need to allow API call proxying which any component is making this could help. We were trying to use a internal bit component which was making a API call, we were trying to see if we can proxy via some bit configuration. Other ways could be via Fiddler or something like that.
