error: frame size too big

Havn't found the time to debug this yet, but i get this error sometime.
Can't find a way to reproduce yet.
I was using UDP. But this issue #61 appears to use ADB and also get this error

I think this is related to LengthDelimitedCodec having a maximum frame size limit. This can happen when the transport is sending more than 8MB per frame. Maybe adb does that? I think for adb we can configure a larger limit
