[Feature request]: Add date to ratings of when it was created #38

Describe the feature to be implemented
When looking up apps in the Plexus app and check the user ratings, there is no date of when said rating was submitted.
Why do you need this feature?
Having a date tied to each user rating/submission would be very useful for future users looking up the various apps for guidance.
Side-note: I have noticed the version of the app in question as well as the ROM used is present in each user rating/submission, which can be very helpful and is nice to see, though, so good job there!
