Update Location Dashboard

Update the theming and information contained in the dashboard. For temporary locations, this experience starts the process of either creating a site. For existing site locations, it starts the process of selecting a soil.

Dependent on SoilID Algorithm. In the short term, use dummy data arising from:

Acceptance Criteria

Update location details theming and data

• As a user, when I select a location on the map, I want to see different UI elements depending on whether the location is Temporary or a Site, and is viewed by a Manager, Contributor, Viewer, or any logged in user.

• Remove "last modified by" field

Remove Ecological Site ID and LCC Tiles
