indexing fails on startup #4
Description
the redis index does not get created when the server initially starts. it only gets created when at least one modification to the corpus is made.
to recreate:
- close and start the server
- immediately send an email or do any action that requires redis
observe that any query will not work, and causes the server to crash and/or return 400
