[bug] "creating collaborative contract" status UI page continues showing a pulsating dot but collab contract has been created OK

Describe the bug

when creating a collab contract, at the final stage where "creating collaborative contract" status message is shown and 'pulsating dots' for waiting indicator is shown, the page never completes. but if you check tez explorer eg tztk ,the contract has completed successfully - it shows successful "create proxy" stage, eg https://tzkt.io/opXuod24EUrSXSYoyKR16PHCbUdfKyKcw1ivRfWNh7dwSQ1MiF2/11268981

seems to be just a UI issue

I used the create collab steps

Ruralidyill saw similar, when creating a collab for TezQuakeAid (Turkey & Syria fundraiser 09 Feb 2023)
and Merch mentioned this may have been happening prior to the recent UI upgrade (new UI)

Reproduction

1. Create collab contract as per https://github.com/teia-community/teia-docs/wiki/Collab-contract-Guide#setting-up-a-contract-for-fundraisers
2. wait for final stage, where UI shows "creating collaborative contract" status message is shown and 'pulsating dots' for waiting indicator is shown
3. the UI page never completes - the pulsating dots continue for a long time (tried waiting over 5mins)
4. if you check tez explorer eg tztk ,the contract has completed successfully - it shows successful "create proxy" stage, eg https://tzkt.io/opXuod24EUrSXSYoyKR16PHCbUdfKyKcw1ivRfWNh7dwSQ1MiF2/11268981
5. this appears to be just a UI issue, feature is working OK, but may be confusing for users as they might think it's not working (especially if they don't check tez explorer or know what to look for there)

Expected behavior

UI page should return to collaborate page or show a 'success' message to indicate to the user that the new collab contract has been created successfully

- OS: Macbook Pro, MAC OS Monterey 12.2.1
- Browser: Firefox Mac 
- Browser Version: 109.0.1
