Test Environment:
OS: Windows 11 Version 24H2 (OS Build 26100.3037)
Edge: Version 138.0.3351.55 (Official build) (64-bit)
Test URL: https://www.telerik.com/kendo-react-ui/components/grid/columns/resizing

User Impact:
Users with motor disability will get impacted as they won't be able to drag the headers efficiently if only the dragging functionality is provided to adjust the table column headers. Due to which the end users cannot interact with the table data efficiently.

1. Launch the application using URL: https://www.telerik.com/kendo-react-ui/components/grid/columns/resizing in windows.
2. Press tab key to move to the table.
3. Verify whether Single Pointer options alternative is provided for adjusting the width of table columns or not.
