Add more tests for the project #179
Description
Currently we only test the app with Temando's Open API spec files and petstore v3, converted from petstore v2.
Issue #176 revealed one weakness of the app, that it hasn't been really thrown in the wild and tested with different spec files.
The goal of this ticket is to work out a way to expose the app to a lot of spec files, so that issues can be rectified sooner and the app will be useful for more developers outside Temando.
It is anticipated that new tickets will come out of this one.
