Fix flicker on block details page #291
Description
Describe the bug
When visiting the page of a recent block and navigating to the next page you see a visibile change as the transactions are shown prior to having been decoded into a human readable form.
As a user I would prefer something like this: https://www.skeleton.dev/docs/svelte/tailwind-components/placeholders over something that changes the text in place.
