feat: show contract deployment in the `history` tab

Describe the solution you'd like

As a contract deployer / user it would be great to be able to see the moment / tx the contract was created.

I would expect to see the genesis transaction to be mentioned here, even if it is not something that consumed a nonce of the account.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Visit: https://explore.tempo.xyz/address/0x2cd6EF6977B578d11632a2ac44c3C1f440E0425e?live=false, this is a contract I just created
2. See that the history tab does not make a mention of the contract having been created
