Support PGVector Async

I found this, and it seems to be faster than psycopg. Can we add it to the library?

I am working on something and I would like to add it.

I think this library should use only one of them, psycopg3 or asyncpg.

Here are my concerns:

• both support async
• I need the psycopg3 SQL string composition to make it safe, not sure if asyncpg has something similar
• need to support pgvector type
• the benchmark is outdated, not sure about the current performance

However, if all you need is async interface, I'll add it in this week.

Hi @espoirMur, we have released 0.2.0a1, which switches to the async interface.
