[Feature]: App Report Issue feature should include detailed CPU information

Feature description

I am thinking termux-packages should start using the app's Report Issue feature to get info rather than a simple termux-info as part of Bug Report over there. The Report Issue already includes termux-info, logcat and other debug info that are extremely useful for triage issues. But it still lacks collecting detailed CPU information. Suggestions could be lscpu or /proc/cpuinfo output.

EDIT: I didnt realise it only works for Android 15 (API level 35). Anything older will simply be blank.

LD_SHOW_AUX and /system/bin/lscpu are not in Android 5 and 7 and higher versions.

AT_HWCAP and other required key values can be found with getauxval, its available in Android 5.

The required extra information that lscpu provides in addition to /proc/cpuinfo would need to be found manually I guess, like how lscpu does.
