GNU Parallel not detecting all cores

I tried to debug this, but I still have no idea if this is an Android bug, or a Samsung Galaxy bug.

It seems like parallel command just parse lscpu command output and unconditionally use the last Core(s) per socket: number. I do not know if parallel is intentionally capped to use big cores. I will provide a fix shortly.

I just pkg upgrade right now, and parallel is now reporting 8 cores and threads! Thank you!
