Need Some Info for LocalTerra

Hi,
I need some information about LocalTerra. 
Like i want to set up full mainnet node and if possible via docker solution. So I found about this localterra option.

So, can we configure localterra for mainnet and also i will need full historical state across all heights. Is their provision for these in 
LocalTerra?
