Copy backup notifications no longer include any content

Description

After upgrading from 6.3.0 to 6.5.1, copy notifications from AWS Backup no longer have any content. Only the title comes through:

Reproduction Code [Required]

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

module "notify_slack" {
  source  = "terraform-aws-modules/notify-slack/aws"
  version = "6.5.1"

  sns_topic_name    = "value"
  slack_webhook_url = "value"
  slack_channel     = "value"
  slack_username    = "value"
}

• trigger a backup copy job

Expected behavior

• notifications from AWS Backup include key information like Backup Job ID, Resource ARN, Backed up Resource ARN, Failure Status Message, etc

Actual behavior

• no content comes through the slack. only the title comes through

• "completed" job still works fine:
