Add ec2_metadata_http_tokens in rhcs_cluster_rosa_hcp

In the 1.6.5 provider a property for managing ec2 metadata http tokens is available for the rhcs_cluster_rosa_hcp resource but it is not exposed via the module, when use this attribute in module it's still saying "Unexpected attribute: An attribute named "ec2_metadata_http_tokens" is not expected here"

It's mentioned in issue #33 that this attribute will be available since v1.6.4 but it's still not solved in 1.6.4 and in 1.6.5 version.
