“Error loading content please try again” prompt

Not sure what the expected behavior should be but hitting retry does nothing.

Can you elaborate more on this error? This is a generic error message we use, which we could definitely improve to be more specific to the context of the loading content.

If you could provide on what feature or data is expected where this issue occurred, that would be helpful in tracking down the specific problem.

I am not sure what it is I’m supposed to be seeing, but specific “cannot load climate data” or “cannot load GPS data” would be helpful, or the error right out of the API response.

We've made some updates to the logic on initial load and are currently testing such changes. Expect to see a no data message and then an option to wake the car in the attempt to get data, which is going to be useful for new entrants to the app.
