how can I set timeout fo the create_blob and get_blon

Currently I dont see any timeouts for create_block_blob and get_blob.
What is the default timeout ? I cant find any documentation or code that shows the timeouts.

Not supported yet. Most endpoints support a timeout header. If that works and we don't need to manage the timeout in the gem, it should be easy to add.

Adding the additional headers have been discussed before.
