OP-erigon node stuck at unwinding of a block

I'm running a BASE node with OP-Erigon and it seems it can't get past this in the logs:

I tried unwinding way back before this block, but it keeps returning with this state?
Any tips to try?

Are you using eth_getProofs RPC on the node? Also, by tried unwinding way back, how did you unwind the state?

Hmm... I can provide more logs, but maybe instead it might be so the state unwind wasn't done correctly...
What would be the correct commands to perform a working unwind process?

You could use the commands in the integration command: https://github.com/testinprod-io/op-erigon/tree/op-erigon/cmd/integration to trigger unwind. You could also use forkchoiceUpdated with older payload, but I'm not too sure how well that works with many blocks to unwind.
