Documentation for Open Source Users

I'd like to work with the team to polish/amend the documentation (link below) that contains a brief summary about Moose (Introduction.md) and a Development Guide that shows how new contributors can get started on adding new kernels to Moose (DevelopmentGuide.md).

It is brief (not comprehensive), but I think it would be very helpful to open source contributors.
