Thank you for including CoordinateSharp in your project. This project is really cool! I want to play with my Hue Lights now.
The CoordinateSharp version you are currently implementing (1.1.5.2) is the last MIT version of CoordinateSharp. Starting with version 2.1.1.1, the library will be switching to a split AGPL 3.0 / Commercial Version license.
Because you have implemented the library prior to the release of 2.1.1.1, you will be given a free "Commercial Use" license should you choose between now and 90 days after of the release of 2.1.1.1.
You may also continue using 1.1.5.2 in order to have the freedom of an MIT license should you choose.
If you wish to upgrade to 2.1.1.1, we (Signature Group, LLC) will need to know whether you wish for the license to be granted to you (an individual) or a company. Again this is a totally free lifetime license for 2.1.1.1 and all future versions if you choose between now and 90 days after the release of 2.1.1.1. We simply just need to know who the license should be issued to.
With the "Commercial License", you and only you will be able to use CoordinateSharp in the capacity of an MIT project. Should the project be forked with the intention of using it as a standalone product, the new owner would need to either purchase a commercial version or convert their version to an AGPL 3.0 compatible license.
Also, if you wish to include CoordinateSharp in future projects, the holder of the license may do so without purchasing another license.
