Improve Submitted Experience

The user journey to actually view my new proposal feels a little strange. After I confirm my proposal from Hashpack and the governance site updates to say something like "your proposal has been confirmed/created go back to the list to see if it is there", there isn't a great way to actually go directly to the list of proposals. The only thing I can really do is hit close on the pop-up, but them I'm taken back to the edit page which doesn't really make sense.

We should try to improve the user experience once their proposal is confirmed. One idea is to add a button to the pop-up that would take you to the list of proposals directly.
