Task minimum PMC level is wrongly set to 80 in PvE for some Tasks

Describe the Issue

In PVE mode for some tasks the "Minimum PMC Level" gets reported as 80 (probably because PVP Hardcore Wipe).
For example Database - Part 1 is set to level 80.
The problem is that other tools like TarkovTracker now won't show all these tasks as available and instead as locked.

Expected Behavior

The "Minimum PMC Level" should be set to the correct (or old) value if the game mode setting is set to PVE.

To Reproduce

Open for example the task Database - Part 1 on tarkov.dev and it displays the "Minimum PMC Level" as 80 (which probably also gets reported like that over the API)
