Question: Why are there glyphs for 0x00 to 0x1F (U+0000 to U+001F)? #159

Not a bug, but wondering why you have characters for the C0 codes? Usually those are not included in fonts because they are used as control characters, and many apps won't be able to use them.
Is there a real-world use case for those? I don't think I've ever seen them in a font, even system fonts designed to support MS-DOS that did hide extra characters there are remapped using their Unicode code points.
