Hi Terry! Sorry for the delay here. We don't look at the issue list here often. This is a good question. We were doing something like this for awhile but it wasn't clear anyone was using it. Do you still have a use for it? If so I could raise it with the project team.

I'll also add that the list of merged PRs may be useful to see higher-level features and bugs, though it doesn't guarantee they made it into any particular version (your comparison link is better for that).

We also track breaking changes in production-setup.md.
