Missions with accented letters

I think it would be nice to allow missions to have accented letters.

This could be done either by distinguishing between name and slug, or by accepting accented letters in the actual name, and havind the "compact name" slug done by removing them.

Thanks @dtygel, we would love to support this but it's not a priority at this time. I'll keep this issue open as a reminder.
