For consistency between socials, I updated my GitHub name from @jakobo to @thecodedrift. Unfortunately, this also comes with updating things & verifying the Composer package is still valid.

One good thing, Packagist doesn't allow package renames. We can continue publishing under jakobo/hotp-php and that seems to be the encouraged solution. However, we'll want to update README references.

Related: #18 we should probably include these notes in the changelog file.
