I propose keeping only 5 of the top questions overall so that we minimize the '0' value questions.
I do think that keeping an element of "How much did they talk about this in comparison to others" is a useful visual comparison to have. If I've asked only 12 questions about X but most people have asked 0, its not "just" 12.
If we only have 5 points, a radar chart is an option. The current candidate's radar can be highlighted and the overall distribution in a gray color in the background.
Layerchart already has a radar chart component here.
