Wrong background/style on NavUl when resizing the window

The background of the <NavUl> changes incorrectly when resizing the window.

Look at some NavBar examples.
For example the first:

Resize the window width until the burger menu shows up and click/open it:

Now resize the window back to wide until the burger menu disappears:

Compare this to the first picture.
