Laravel 11 with Inertia/Vue3 Tailwind - Flowbite Charts do not render

I've followed the install instructions to the letter as far as I can tell but all that happens is darkmode css breaks.
It looks like the find by id doesn't work but I've tried every combination I can think of.
Attempting to use the graph in @/Components/Event.vue
