Preprocess parsed CSVs from PDFs to make it readable #6
Description
Some of the PDFs are difficult to parse and the CSVs which parsed from those need to be preprocessed to make it readable. It applies to the following:
- MSE Arbitral Awards
- NCDEX Suspended Defaulted Expelled Debarred Members
- MCA Proclaimed Offenders (Ind)
- MCA Director Disqualified List
- UAPA
