[Feature Request] Ability to export documents as .md, .doc, or .pdf #1577

Describe how the feature might make your life easier or solve a problem
It would be nice to be able to export policies (or any documents such as procedures and action plans). This should be available as a single export, or bulk export (e.g. take multiple ids of same type and export all details as seperate PDFs)
Describe the solution you'd like to see with any relevant context
I would like to be able to export the details of a document into pdf, markdown or .docx format
Describe any alternatives you've considered or if there are short-tern vs. long-term options
Currently, you can only export the data in csv format, which isn't great when trying to grab a document to put in another location.
