WinMM error with Roland UVC-02 device

Am receiving this error when trying to open the Roland UVC-02 as a device:
error: MidiInWinMM::openPort: error creating Windows MM MIDI input port.

I expect all fingers will point to the Roland driver, but there is no updated driver ATM.
